Club Runs are held on both Saturday and Sunday mornings

We meet at the roundabout at Lowdham (the junction of the A612 Nottm to Southwell road and the A 6097 Epperstone Bypass) at 9.30am on Saturdays, and 9.30am on Sundays. Saturday runs are training rides, which are at a controlled pace which increases towards the end of the run, whereas Sundays are more of a traditional club run at a much steadier pace, more suited to beginners. Distances vary from approximately 40 - 65 miles depending on time of year and weather. Under 16's are welcome, but will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult.

You do not have to be a member to join us on these rides - we're a friendly bunch, so why not come and give us a try? Just look for the boys in the Red, White and Blue!

This is a run going via Newark and Long Bennington to a Cafe at Muston, then back via Belvoir Castle and Gunthorpe. The red marker represents the start and finish, and intermediate distances are shown. The purple marker is the location of the cafe. If you explore carefully, you can even display the elevation profile of the ride! More maps like this will follow in the ensuing weeks.

And here is a recent 50 mile Sunday run:
