Sunday 21st March 13.00pm 8.30am The Coritanian Cripppler A cycle challenge offering a choice of three distances in northeast Leicestershire, Rutland and Lincolnshire. Formerly the Leicestershire Road Club Reliability Ride
The Crippler; 80 miles in 6hrs 30 mins. 8.30am
The Leg Breaker; 65 miles in 5hrs 30 mins. 9.00am
The Sore Legs; 50 miles in 4hrs 30 mins. 9.30am
The price is as last year, £3.
Following a request from some riders, we have put on a longer ride at 80 miles, with a revised route that now also pulls in the climbs of Harby Hill and Beacon Hill.
To take the pressure off the Windmill café, which is already busy with the two shorter riders, the longer ride uses the optional café stop at the Fishing Lakes in Landyke Lane.
You can enter on the day, but there is a maximum entry of 200 for logistical reasons, so to be sure of a ride, you are advised to pre-enter. See News page with a link to an advert with more details.

Saturday 13th March 13.00pm VTTA 18k Time Trial. The course is the O18k, which is a roughly triangular circuit of approximately 11.25 miles near Ranby, North Notts. Open to all ages (ie you don't have to be a vet!). Probably 3 or 4 members taking part.
Friday 2nd April 11.00am Buxton CC (Hilly) 33 miles normal/tt bike (Buxton mountain x3 laps!) Please note: this is an event for the insane and/or terminally skinny.
Monday 5th April 09.00am Leicestershire RC (Hilly) 29 miles normal/tt bike
Saturday 10th April 14:00pm Ashfield RC 25 mile (2up TTT) A25/16
Tuesday 13th April The Club Evening Ten Time Trials re-start after the winter break. First man off 6.45, cost of entry is £2.00, or pay in advance for the whole season - just £25.00, a real bargain! Entry 'On the Line' is permitted
Saturday 24th April - Saturday May 1st Annual Training Camp/Holiday, Puerto Pollensa, Mallorca Seven people are so going so far - feel free to join us if you can arrange flights and accommodation.
