The
Evening Ten Races for 2010 start on Tuesday April 13th at 6.45pm, remaining at 6.45pm
on Tuesday April 20th, then 7.00 the week after, April 27th. Due to the potential number of riders the start time will then be 7.15 and remain at that untill further notice. On Tuesday August 10th the start time will move back to 7.00pm. August 24th will be the last event for this Season. Cost of entry is £2.00 including the CTT levy, and entry on the
line is permitted. You do not have to be a member to participate,
but only Mapperley riders qualify for points in the League competition.
Once again we are welcome at the Ramsdale Golf Club for a coffee and a cake
after the event. The start is on the B6386 (Calverton Lane),
some 50 metres from its junction with the A614 Nottingham to

Mapperley Race Victory
Congratulations to Dave Ellis who took victory in a photo finish at the Victoria Park Criterium, 4th Cat 25k Road Race in Leamington Spa on Saturday 27th March. Dave is new to the Club this year and this was his first event of the Season, so not a bad way to start, especially as he was using his training bike - much to the dismay of the rider beaten in the sprint!.
